Patti is a no nonsense gal. I wish I would have read this sooner when I used to date the wrong kind of guys. I always thought I could change them! She hits the nail right on the head. I definitely recommend reading it.

Honestly, people shouldn't criticize the book. There is a lot of great information for the single women in a big city. Patti is relating her observations and experiences. I like that she has been through the same things, open to discussing it, says it is not for every situation, gives exceptions and give you a roadmap from start (yourself) to closing the deal (marriage.) Living in LA LA land is hard where there is always a new shinny thing to compete with. The advice is solid for those who want it. For those who want something else ie being a gold digger or just needing men around for a ego boast, get a different book. Maybe i need to join her club!

I think she is hilarious, and wanted her book, but a lot of it is unpractical, with deadlines etc. Rules I don't think she followed herself with her personal relationships. Some I think work, others.. yeah.. whatever.

I enjoyed reading this insightful book. I love Patty and her straight forward verbage. I think this book combined with Why Men Love Bitches and Why Men Marry Bitches gives women the insights and power into understanding how guys think and tick. I would recommend this book.
